Amazing class! Medium paced flow with a great instructor who was really calming and provided great guidance throughout the practice.
Jes's classes are hands down my fav in town. Jes is so grounded in her practice and style, and I personally find her flows just the right amount of physically challenging while also staying rooted in mindfulness. Her sound baths are also the best!
Jes is my favorite instructor! Keep coming back to Jes's class because it's a perfect mix of stretching/meditation/working out and Jes is a great guide through the class. Class feels open to different experience levels and there is always the clear message that you should do what works for you and your body, definitely recommend,
